End-to-end UX and brand design for a custom keyboard e-commerce startup. Led user research with 8 participants to redesign the shopping and customization experience — making it easier for newcomers to visualize and configure their purchase before buying.
SFD Dispatch System
30-hour UX hackathon redesigning the San Francisco Fire Department's legacy dispatch system. Conducted a real dispatcher interview to ground the design in actual workflow, then led the journey mapping and owned the dashboard and incident discovery UI.
Artour
A self-initiated, end-to-end UX project exploring accessible design for art gallery audio tours. Features include multilingual audio translation, image scanning, and virtual tours — all grounded in user research and two rounds of usability testing.
V+ Club Karaoke
V+ Club Karaoke provides a luxury KTV service and experience. I was tasked with redesigning the brand design with their identity and creating promotional assets to be used in-store and on social media.
